Privacy notice

Last updated 17 October 2026. This notice explains how InboxClaim handles personal data under UK data-protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who is responsible

InboxClaim is responsible for the personal data described here. For any data request, contact codervd0105+inboxclaimprivacy@gmail.com.

What we hold

Why, and the lawful basis

We process this data to let a team see what has arrived and who is handling it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest (and our contract with the subscribing business) in coordinating support without duplicated or dropped replies.

How long we keep it

Forwarded support-email records are deleted automatically 30 days after they arrive. Team-member records are kept while the account is active and removed when the owner removes the member or on request.

Who else processes it

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or object to its processing. Email codervd0105+inboxclaimprivacy@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

Access is limited to invited members, traffic is served over HTTPS, and sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes.
